ResponsibilityHandling recruitment end to end (Tech & Corporate) from sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, until offering negotiationMaintain hiring managers expectation and act as talent advisor to achieve hiring goals based on the talent market intelligenceIdentify areas for improvement in the recruiting process to hire high-quality talent fasterDoing recruitment project management to standardize and implement recruitment best practiceLeveraging data to influence & educate hiring managers to make the best hiring decisionDrive hiring plans forward in the middle of ambiguity environment, and make swift decision based on available resourcesRequirements4-5+ years of experience in recruiting from mid-head level hiringGood track record in fast-paced recruitment environmentProven stakeholders management experience dealing with Head level stakeholder and cross-functional collaborationData-driven ability to share insights, track metrics, and make data-driven decisionExperience in doing recruitment projects to improve the hiring standard
