Our global team operates across key financial markets, empowering traders and partners with world-class technology, competitive conditions, and exceptional support.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent across a range of positions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to support recruitment across the MENA region.Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external agencies, and universities. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services, Fintech, or brokerage environments. Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Based in Dubai and available to work onsite.What We Offer: Competitive salary.
