You’ll work across SEA, partnering with leaders, connecting with top talent, and creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our vision and values.This is a hands-on, regional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building connections, and wants to make a tangible impact on a company scaling across multiple markets.Key responsibilities:Lead E2E recruitment across multiple functions and markets, from sourcing to onboarding.Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.Partner with business leaders to improve interviewing, hiring, and candidate experience.Track, analyze, and report TA metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.Manage external search partners and agencies, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Support employer branding initiatives and regional talent pipeline process/programs.Continuously improve recruitment systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.Candidate profile:More than 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, or high-growth sectors.Proven full-cycle recruitment experience and ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.Strong sourcing, mapping, and market insights across Southeast Asia.Process-oriented, data-driven, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.Exceptional communicator and relationship builder.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Bilingual or multilingual (English, Bahasa, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai) is a strong advantage.Play a key role in building high-performing teams across Southeast Asia, join us and shape the future of digital infrastructure!
