We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles across the bank, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.You will bring market insight, innovative sourcing strategies, and a strong focus on building diverse talent pipelines that support our long-term growth ambitions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across business units.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and advise on effective hiring strategies.Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent pooling.Leverage data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and influence talent strategies.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.Manage relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability in the banking and financial services sector.Drive Localization Agenda across the MENA region. Skills And ExperienceTalent Management Brand Management Candidate Sourcing HR: Policies, Standards and Procedures Collaborating Globally Localization across the MENA region QualificationsExtensive hiring focused experience with full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in house and managing localization agenda through hiring.
