By staying ahead of industry trends and employing best practices, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Job DescriptionBeing Project Manager for end-to-end recruitment processPartner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing market insights and consulting on market trends in LATAM/North America. Independently create and execute sourcing strategies, including organizing brainstorming sessions with the team for additional ideas. Execute full life cycle recruitment process autonomously, seeking information independently and escalating when necessary. Share weekly updates with stakeholders, actively seeking feedback for process improvement and maintaining transparent communication. Regularly process data in the ATS SmartRecruiters with accuracy, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain a compelling pitch about the company, increase business acumen, and learn effective selling techniquesEnhance the visibility of the company brand on social media, utilize the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) when engaging with candidates, and support employer branding activitiesSupport events and conduct market research to identify potential events for participation, presenting ideas and benefits to the team and Team Leader. Qualifications5+ years of experience in technology recruitment Experience working with technology teams, particularly recruiting for Software Engineering, DevOps/SRE, Product and Data Science roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Great sourcing skills, utilizing variety of sourcing tools and techniques effectively. Experience in recruitment in different countries Experience in employer branding activities and social media recruitment strategies. Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships Excellent organization and communication skills Pro-active approach, able to adapt to ambiguity Strong stakeholder management experience Fluency in English and experienced working with global teams across timezonesWillingness to work also in Europe timezone when required Additional InformationConvenient schedule: We work in a hybrid system International team: you will interact daily with team colleagues and business stakeholders who are based in different countries, you will be using English daily An interesting variety of positions to fill: you will recruit for all levels in the organization, for tech, corporate, sales, analytical roles.
