Additionally, the role includes the responsibility of executing strategies related to Early Careers, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi MinhReport to: Talent Acquisition ManagerCore Job ResponsibilitiesConsulting with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition.Working with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and manages expectations. Identifying and execute appropriate sourcing practices to attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilizing all internal Abbott resources.Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stages.Be part of projects related to Early Careers, Diversity and Inclusion, People & Culture, Social and Branding. Other tasks assigned by Line ManagerWork ExperienceMINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED4–5 years of experience in a recruiter role; experience in the FMCG or healthcare industry is preferable.Core Skill RequirementCustomer and details orientedAbility to collaborate effectively internally/externallyAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlinesBeing adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approachA dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulousMS office proficiency i.e. excel, ppt, project management toolsEnglish fluencyMinimum Education RequiredUniversity degree or equivalent
