Also Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a Nutshell💡 The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent across the organization. This role involves developing strategic hiring plans, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert guidance on market trends, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.What Will You Do❓Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, headhunting, and market research. Utilize digital tools, social media, and job boards to maximize candidate reach and engagement. Conduct competency-based interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring performance and market trends. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and networking events. What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English.
