GT Medical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for the medical devices and medical equipment sector, attracting top talent across technical, sales, regulatory, and service roles to support our growth and innovation in healthcare.Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial intake meetings through to candidate onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, product knowledge needs, and market dynamics in the medical equipment sector.Conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless and efficient selection process.Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within the medical equipment sector.Leverage your knowledge of the healthcare and medical devices talent market to identify emerging skill sets and trends.Maintain relationships with passive candidates and nurture talent communities for future openings.Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, compensation trends, and marketEnsure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.Optimize recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare technology industries.Proven experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the medical devices and medical equipment sector.Skills & Competencies: Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Apply now and be the future of GT Medical!
