Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (in Libya)

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Benghazi, Libya. If you have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the construction sector, and experience working with recruitment agencies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and white-collar roles across the GCC and MENA regions.• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source top talent efficiently.• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for niche roles (e.g., structural engineers, project directors) using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry mapping.Qualifications & Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction sector.• Proven track record of hiring across the GCC and MENA regions.• Experience working with recruitment agencies is highly preferred.• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.• Fluent in English.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
