As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent within Europe to join our team. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a highly technical industry. If you're ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hires, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding processes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leaders to understand talent needs and workforce plans.Talent Sourcing: Proactively network and engage with local markets to build robust talent pipelines for key roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored to challenging and competitive industries.Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide consultative advice on selection decisions.Market Intelligence: Utilize external and internal data insights to provide market trends and analysis that inform hiring strategies.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking an ambitious individual with proven experience in either recruitment consulting or talent acquisition within fast-paced industries such as professional services or sales-driven environments.We would especially love someone who has been successful in a technology licensing environment or has experience in highly technical roles. Your ability to understand the nuances of recruiting within competitive markets will be invaluable in identifying top-tier talent for our organization.The Ideal Candidate Will PossessBachelor’s Degree preferred, 8+ years of experience with a track record of success in managing complex recruitment assignments or placing professionals in challenging markets (e.g., executive search or interim management).Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition challenges.Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Workday) and other recruitment tools.Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus. German is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands. A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences while driving business outcomes.
