Work with us as we get to the heart of the issue, offering insight, advice and industry-leading methodologies to support healthcare globally.About your role:As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trinzo, you’ll drive the full recruitment lifecycle for life sciences roles—sourcing top talent, managing interviews, and overseeing onboarding. You’ll work internally with an incredible, cross-functional team in a fast-paced and exciting environment, supporting some of the biggest names in the industry with their talent needs. Acting as a trusted partner to candidates and colleagues, you’ll ensure a seamless hiring experience, nurture industry relationships, and help shape recruitment strategies that advance Trinzo’s mission of delivering excellence in healthcare consulting.Your Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing - Strategically headhunt and identify top talent through LinkedIn, company networks, social media channels, job boards, and other resources to build a robust candidate pool for open roles.Job Advertisement & Application Management - Craft compelling job advertisements and post roles across relevant platforms, ensuring visibility to attract high-quality applicants. Screen incoming applications to shortlist candidates who best match the role requirements.Candidate Relationship Building - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering influential relationships and guiding them through each stage of the selection process.Interview Coordination & Execution - Organize and coordinate candidate interviews in collaboration with the client partnerships team. Conduct interviews via telephone and MS Teams, assessing candidates’ suitability and fit for the organization. Post-Interview Follow-Up - Communicate interview outcomes to candidates, providing timely feedback and next steps.Assessment & Documentation - Issue NDAs and assessments as required, ensuring compliance and thorough evaluation of candidates. Prepare and submit candidate proposals and Trinzoized CVs ahead of client deadlines, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Reference Checks - Perform comprehensive reference checks to validate candidate credentials and suitability. Gather appropriate paperwork such as proof of Insurance, Lead Auditor Qualifications and Visa documentation.Offer Negotiation & Onboarding - Negotiate salary and employment offers, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and organizational standards. Oversee onboarding processes and documentation, including contract management, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.Pool & Policy Management - Proactively manage strategic talent pools in the MedTech industry to anticipate future hiring needs. Have regular calls with consultants in the industry to nurture and build long lasting relationships. Review and refine recruitment policies to enhance selection techniques and improve overall recruitment procedures.Stakeholder Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with finance, client delivery, and client partnerships teams to ensure alignment to the hiring SOP’s and to provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and other information sources for accurate tracking and reporting.Consultant Engagement & Agency Relations - Conduct regular 1:1s with active consultants to support ongoing engagement. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and engaging with them for appropriate support when required.KPI and Target Management – Continuously meet and exceed recruitment targets such as time to hire, shortlist to hire, alignment to rate cards and number of consultant calls.What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like: Bachelors’ degree holder, a degree in life science would be advantageousMinimum of 4-6 years previous experience hiring for life science rolesPrior experience of full cycle recruitmentExperience hiring contractors and consultants would be beneficialExperience with ATS and LinkedIn RecruiterCommunication & Influence – Comfortable navigating interviews with technical hires in the medical device space, providing market insights to the internal team and influencing direction of hiring appropriately.Collaboration & Teamwork – Works effectively cross functionally to ensure relevant departments are abreast of hiring updates and impact.Resilience & Adaptability – Comfortable with quickly changing hiring needs and working on internal candidate requisitions and external consultant requisitions simultaneously.What’s On Offer for You:Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and location.25 days annual leavePrivate health insurance cover with respect to yourself up to the value of $6,000 Additional Information:Why I chose Trinzo: “We’re always encouraged to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
