As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team.Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in scaling our sales force by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Property Consultants and other real estate roles.Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for both Off-Plan and Secondary Market divisions.Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, Bayut, etc.).Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback between hiring managers and candidates.Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the HR team to forecast hiring requirements.Implement and optimize recruitment tools, tracking sheets, and reporting dashboards.Enhance employer branding through creative recruitment campaigns and professional communication with candidates.Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and management teams.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred).Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and sales structures.Experience hiring for Off-Plan and Secondary Market roles is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dubizzle, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary package + performance-based incentives.Modern office located in the heart of Dubai.Supportive and professional work environment.Growth opportunities within one of Dubai’s fastest-growing brokerages.Continuous training and development programs.
