We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.Why This Role ExistsAs a Senior Talent Partner (G&A), you'll play a critical role in building high-performing business teams that drive operational excellence across our clients' organisations.Embedded directly within client teams, you'll own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, Marketing, and Operations — helping leadership teams scale effectively through growth and change.You'll partner closely with C-suite leaders, department heads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, define capabilities, and ensure recruitment aligns with business goals.You'll need to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — balancing operational delivery with strategic influence.What You'll DoLead end-to-end recruitment across G&A and central business functions — Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. Partner with senior leaders (e.g. CFO, COO, CPO, and Chief of Staff) to scope roles, refine hiring processes, and align on capability requirements. Build trusted relationships across departments — acting as both delivery partner and strategic advisor. Develop and manage strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functional disciplines and seniority levels. Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy. Use hiring data and insights to track performance, forecast needs, and inform decision-making. Collaborate closely with your Move squad — sharing insights, optimising tools, and continuously improving how we deliver. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in high-growth, scale-up environments where change is the norm. RequirementsWhat You'll BringProven experience hiring across multiple G&A functions — ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth, fast-scaling companies. Strong understanding of business operations and leadership structures across Finance, Legal, People, and Strategy. Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence at C-suite level. Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve rapidly. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. Proven success managing competing priorities and multiple open roles simultaneously. Comfort operating both strategically and tactically — knowing when to advise, when to act, and how to balance both. Ideally, a background in recruiting for Fintech or financial services organisations. UK-based, with the ability to attend occasional client or team sessions in London.What Success Looks Like You consistently deliver strong hires across Finance, People, and Operations roles.
