We draw on our technical expertise and our understanding of how tax fits into the broader business landscape to help clients manage their U.S. income tax reporting obligations. Our work spans insurance, hedge funds, private equity funds, private clients, and local tax laws and regulations in our respective jurisdictions, including Economic Substance, Pillar 2, VAT, and AEOI (FATCA/CRS).Senior Tax AssociateReporting to and providing support to the tax partners and senior management, the successful candidate will assist with detailed research projects including review of tax regulations, court rulings, and FATCA/CRS/CBCR guidance, as well as drafting tax memorandums and correspondence with tax authorities.
