As the Organization Culture & Internal Communications Team Leader at MoMo, you’ll bring our culture and brand values to life through inspiring communications and meaningful events. You’ll take ownership of key internal and corporate events, drive creative communication campaigns, and ensure that every MoMoer feels informed, connected, and proud to be part of our journey.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution - perfect for someone who loves both planning and doing, thrives in collaboration, and has an eye for detail and storytelling.What will you do:Internal CommunicationsDevelop and manage internal communication plans and campaigns to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company values.Craft content for internal channels (emails, newsletters, digital screens, MoMo Inside, etc.) that is clear, consistent, and inspiring.Collaborate with HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure timely and seamless message delivery.Support communication for key business, HR, and culture initiatives.Embed Culture and Values into Everyday WorkLead initiatives that bring MoMo’s values to life in daily work, helping teams turn values into real actions and decision-making habits.Build and maintain culture tools like the Company Value Book to celebrate stories, people, and experiences that reflect MoMo’s spirit.Plan and run meaningful culture moments — from town halls and award events to team workshops — that strengthen connection and pride among MoMoers.Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate cultural values into hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.Act as a culture ambassador, inspiring others to live the values and helping make MoMo not just a workplace — but a community.Event Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate and internal events (e.g., townhalls, annual parties, celebrations, employee engagement activities).Develop creative event concepts and experiences that reflect MoMo’s culture and vision.Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery.Oversee on-site event operations, including stage flow, coordination, and backstage management.Track and report event results, collecting feedback to continuously improve future executions.Crisis Communication SupportSupport in executing crisis communication plans under the guidance of the line manager.Assist in message preparation, coordination, and internal updates during crisis scenarios.Help gather insights and lessons learned post-crisis to refine processes.Team & Process CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in communication and event delivery.Maintain communication frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency across messages and channels.Contribute creative ideas and feedback to improve the team’s workflow, efficiency, and output quality.Budget & ReportingAssist in managing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.Track spending, vendor performance, and campaign results for reporting and improvement.What will you need:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in event management, corporate communications, or brand activation.Strong project management and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Excellent writing and content creation skills.Passion for storytelling, branding, and creating meaningful employee experiences.Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
