Accountability is key for us, and so is teamwork.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS to lead architectural decisions and contribute hands-on to the codebase. You’ll be responsible for designing a scalable, high-performing technical foundation for our platform and actively building key parts of it.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSSProven experience in hands-on coding within architect-level rolesDeep understanding of component design, state management, and rendering strategiesExperience with Git, automated deployment, and modern CI/CD toolsComfortable working in a remote environment with flat hierarchy, balancing speed with technical qualityExcellent communication and documentation skillsResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the technical architecture for Komunikon’s platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainabilityLead hands-on development alongside the team, especially for core features and complex componentsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutionsGuide and enforce code standards, component structure, and best practicesReview code and mentor junior developers through pull requests and one-on-one feedbackWork on DevOps-related tasks such as deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and version controlEnsure the platform is built with modularity and future extensibility in mindTroubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues with efficiency and clarityAvailabilitySeveral hours per week.BenefitsWork in a proactive environment with a global team of polyglots and technologists.Apply your technical skills to a unique and impactful project.Collaborate with a team dedicated to innovation and meaningful communication.If this exciting role resonates with you, contact us!
