The ideal candidate is an expert in Unity and experienced in building scalable, efficient workflows that empower large teams of content creators to deliver high-quality results.As a Senior Technical Artist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging art and engineering—solving complex technical challenges, maintaining performance and visual quality, and ensuring smooth implementation across the studio.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Leads, Technical Director, and Studio Art Director to define and maintain optimized Unity implementation pipelines.Work closely with Art Directors to ensure high visual quality standards and consistent implementation.Support the monitoring and improvement of the overall art asset pipeline.Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to artists on implementation, optimization, and workflow best practices.Maintain and update documentation for asset naming conventions, UI implementation, decoration systems, and overall best practices.Regularly perform project profiling, identify performance issues, and develop optimization solutions.Partner with Tool Engineers to design and refine tools that improve efficiency and consistency for art teams.Define and refine core content and feature implementation pipelines to streamline production.Contribute to knowledge sharing by mentoring junior tech artists and supporting cross-department collaboration.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseStrong understanding of Unity implementation pipelines and performance optimization.Knowledge of setting and maintaining standards for art asset visual quality.Proficiency in Git/GitHub for reviewing assets, commits, and code management.Experience documenting and enforcing naming conventions, asset workflows, and best practices.Strong skills in project profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing technical solutions.Experience collaborating with engineers, artists, and directors to improve workflows and technology use.Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to other team members.A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to teamwork.Job Benefits24 days holiday: 12 Days in your first year but then enjoy 24 days of paid holiday to relax and refresh throughout the year, in addition to national & bank holidays.Hybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.20 days of fully remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, 20 days a year.Regular company events and rewards: Join in regular events and rewards that celebrate cultural events, our achievements, and our team spirit.Breakfast & Lunch: Relish daily provided breakfast and lunch to keep you fueled and focused.BPJS HEALTH: Elevate your well-being and peace of mind, ensuring robust health security with seamless enrolment in BPJS Health!BPJS SOCIAL: Secure your employment rights with BPJS Social.Festivity Allowance: Celebrate festive occasions with an additional festive allowance.Health Insurance: Stay covered with comprehensive health insurance for you and your loved ones.Employee Assistance Program: Anytime you need it, tap into confidential, caring support with our Employee Assistance Program, always here to lend an ear and a helping hand.Family Forming Support: Receive vital support on your family forming/ fertility journey with our support program [subject to policy].
