Our work spans data governance frameworks, operating model design, technology roadmaps, process analysis and optimisation, and legacy platform replacements.Whether it's a short advisory engagement or a multi-year transformation program, we're involved from strategy through to implementationWhat You'll Be Doing:Collaborating with subject matter experts and development teams to uncover the real business problems that need solvingCrafting clear, actionable requirements that resonate with everyone from executives to developersDesigning user experiences that meet government accessibility standards and best-practice guidelinesLeading process mapping and improvement initiatives using BPMNMentoring junior analysts within our consulting teamSupporting the full delivery lifecycle from requirements through to UAT and implementationWhat We're Looking For:Technical foundations: IT qualifications and genuine understanding of systems development – you've likely worked in development or technical roles before moving into analysisAgile expertise: You write user stories in your sleep and understand what it takes to deliver in sprintsProcess modelling skills: Strong BPMN knowledge and experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Government sector experience: You understand the pace, rigour and stakeholder complexity of Government deliveryLeadership capability: You can mentor others and drive outcomes across diverse teamsCommunication excellence: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versaEssential Requirements:Australian citizenship (mandatory)Current NV1 security clearance highly desirableAvailable to work in Sydney or Melbourne (hybrid working arrangements available)Ready to Make an Impact?Apply now!
