Senior Technical Engineer – Design & Execution | Maadi, CairoI am partnering with my client, a leading design and execution company based in Maadi, to hire a Senior Technical Engineer with strong experience in managing the technical and coordination aspects of high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing technical drawings, ensuring all materials and details align with design intent and site requirements, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and coordinate technical and shop drawings for all project stages.Specify and evaluate materials to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and practical execution.Attend technical meetings with clients to explain finishing details and secure approvals.Coordinate across design, site, procurement, and supplier teams to ensure consistency and prevent conflicts.Review and approve deliverables from team members or vendors for quality and accuracy.Prepare detailed finishing schedules (flooring, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, custom joinery, etc.).Provide on-site technical support and resolve design or detailing issues during execution.Prepare periodic technical reports summarizing progress and challenges.Managing a small technical team will be considered a strong advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.4–7 years of experience in preparing and reviewing technical and shop drawings for interior finishing projects.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and approval procedures.Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial fit-out projects.Experience within Design & Build / Turnkey environments preferred.Details:Location: Maadi Corniche, CairoWorking Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMSalary: EGP 18,000 – 20,000 (based on experience) + annual performance bonusStart Date: ImmediateIf you have the technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership mindset to ensure the highest quality in execution, I’d love to hear from you.
