This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!Among Other Things You WillTake end-to-end ownership of your product area — from customer research and concept development through specification, delivery support, release, and final quality assuranceBe at the center of communication between customers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to drive solutions that deliver clear customer and business valueConduct customer interviews to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify meaningful product opportunitiesMaintain and prioritise a product backlog with your team and steer decisions based on product goals and strategic prioritiesCollaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers to design & build new features, considering platform consistency (web/mobile), edge cases, and technical feasibilityWrite user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Engineering, QA, and Product Marketing throughout implementation and releaseDefine product metrics, analyse usage patterns, and derive actionable insights to guide product directionContinuously track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to identify and evaluate new opportunities for PlanRadarWho You AreYou have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. software engineering, business informatics, computer science, etc.)You have extensive professional experience as a Software / Technical Product Manager or in a similar positionYou are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and a proactive approachYou are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisationYou are naturally curious, love facts & figures and have experience with product metricsYou have gathered experience with UI/UX design and cross-platform software development (Web/mobile)You are fluent in English (German is an advantage)Processional experience with B2B SaaS products, AI-powered products, and/or construction/real estate industry is a plusWhat we offerRoom for personal and professional developmentChallenging and diversified line of actionWorking in a fast-growing company with international customers and investorsCentrally located and attractive office in one of our locations worldwidePossibilities to work from homePerformance-related career systemMotivated and agile team with a common visionAdditional benefits like team events, free drinks & snacks, …The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 54 000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
