What You Will DoWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through implementation and adoption, in a cross-functional, fast-paced and highly technical environment. This role supports the successful planning, execution, and reporting of product releases, strategic initiatives, and enterprise compliance certifications. The ideal candidate brings a structured project management approach, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of Product Hardware and Software lifecycle program management. Key ResponsibilitiesShepherd ideas from concept into development, ensuring the value propositions and business models are clear and validated, following our lifecycle processCapacity planning based on historical velocityEnsure the team is staffed and funded for success, and operates within budgetFacilitate quarterly and release planning, scrum-of-scrums, and program reviewsSupport the team with data views of timelines, completion, quality, and tech debtCoordinate system and solution demosCollaborate with Customer Support, Services, Marketing, and Sales to ensure customers adopt and are delighted by our releases, with issues quickly resolvedIdentify and rapidly mitigate risk and uncertaintyEliminate/manage impediments, risks and dependencies with a focus on Lean flowEnsure we integrate and receive user feedback early and oftenConduct retrospectives and RCAs and follow up on actions to drive relentless improvementProvide guidance and mentoring to Scrum Masters and other program managersProvides transparency into Program health plugged into appropriate operating mechanismsEnsures KPIs are defined, measured and adhered toCan integrate into early adopter processesMonitor risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate concerns as needed. Support the execution of compliance-related initiatives such as IRAP, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001. Track and report on project progress using tools such as Aha, Jira and Confluence. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to document project requirements, success metrics, and timelines. Support regular stakeholder updates and briefings, including executive-level reporting. Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability within the team.
