Senior Technical Recruiter (AI Infrastructure Startup)Join a fast-growing AI company that’s powering the next generation of machine learning infrastructure. Backed by top-tier investors and operating at the forefront of applied AI, this 100–200 person startup is scaling rapidly and building out a world-class recruiting team to support its growth across engineering, sales, and business functions.We’re looking for an experienced, high-EQ Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. You’ll partner directly with engineering leadership to hire for core teams such as Infrastructure (SRE) and Model Performance—roles that sit at the heart of the company’s mission.This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, influence hiring strategy, and help shape the processes that will define how the company scales.What You’ll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for key engineering functions, from kickoff through offer.Partner closely with hiring managers to define “excellence” and drive hiring strategy.Source top-tier technical talent through creative and data-driven approaches.Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.Contribute to process improvements and recruiting operations as the team scales.Track metrics (pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill) and use insights to refine your approach.What Makes You a Great Fit5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups (under 200 employees).Proven success hiring engineers for infrastructure, ML, or AI-related roles.High EQ and relationship-driven approach; trusted by hiring managers and candidates alike.A sense of urgency balanced with strong organization and follow-through.Demonstrated ownership of hiring goals and outcomes.Excellent communication skills—both strategic and personable.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.Bonus PointsExperience recruiting in AI, data infrastructure, or devtools environments.Background in both technical and business recruiting (GTM or G&A).History of promotions or consistent tenure showing growth and impact.Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively.Network within the B2B or applied AI ecosystem.Culture & LocationCollaborative, fast-moving startup culture that values ownership and continuous improvement.Team members operate with autonomy and accountability, experimenting with new tools and approaches to stay ahead.Hybrid setup: 3 days/week in-office preferred (San Francisco or New York).Why This Role Is ExcitingYou’ll be joining a company at a pivotal moment of growth—where every hire truly moves the needle.
