You will join CSU Mons, which reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Service Operations (CSO), and holds responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of services as the Service Management Authority (SMA) for two service level agreements.We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Technician (IT Change Management) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities: Undertakes basic risk management activities. Uses standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries. Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes. Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on change requests. Identifies common types of infrastructure and non-infrastructure changes in information technology. For a full list of duties, please review the job description on the NCI Agency career site .About you:The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are: Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience. 2 years of practical experience in performing change requests from initiation to closure while engaging with relevant process owners and stakeholders. ITIL Foundation Certification. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
