Senior Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end tender management process for major infrastructure projects, from initial enquiry to contract award.Develop and implement tender strategies in alignment with company objectives and market positioning.Coordinate multi-disciplinary bid teams—including engineering, estimating, procurement, planning, and commercial functions—to produce high-quality, competitive submissions.Review tender documents, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with client requirements and internal governance.Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client expectations.Conduct bid evaluations, cost analyses, and value engineering to optimize tender outcomes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners throughout the tendering process.Support negotiations and handover to project delivery teams post-award.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).Minimum 12 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or pre-contracts management within infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.Proven success in managing complex, high-value tenders.Strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and technical aspects of infrastructure projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
