Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative software development environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality through robust testing strategies, efficient automation frameworks, and close teamwork with development and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project and technical specifications.Design comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans, including estimation of test cases.Develop and execute manual and automated test cases; analyze and document results.Build and maintain automation scripts using Java, Katalon, Selenium, and TestNG.Identify and report defects, support development teams in troubleshooting and reproducing issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Coordinate testing activities during release and post-release phases to guarantee product reliability.Profile & RequirementsEducation: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Test Engineer, with strong expertise in test automation.Technical Skills:Solid knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (Katalon, Selenium, TestNG).Deep understanding of testing methodologies, QA standards, and best practices.Ability to analyze complex systems and propose efficient test solutions.Professional Background:Proven experience in test design, execution, and quality assurance.Strong background in Agile environments (ISTQB Agile Certified Tester or equivalent).At least 5 years of experience in large organizations (500+ employees), preferably in credit risk and compliance.Prior experience in QA coordination or test management.Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).Why Join UsBe part of a challenging and innovative environment within large-scale international projects.Collaborate with experienced professionals committed to quality and continuous improvement.Benefit from a culture that values autonomy, learning, and teamwork.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about quality assurance, test automation, and continuous improvement, and you meet the above criteria , we invite you to apply now!
