Senior Therapist

 The Therapist at the Neurorehabilitation & Neuromodulation Centre is responsible for delivering specialized therapeutic services in Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation. This role involves developing and executing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to drive excellence in patient outcomes within a technology-driven, robotic-assisted environment. Position: Senior Physiotherapist Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.Interpret assessment results to formulate individualized treatment plans with Robotic-assisted treatments.Conduct predictive therapy planning with respect to personalized therapy,effectiveness of therapy, and health care cost reduction.Conduct therapies working with Cyberdyne, Vibramoov, and similar rehab robotic technologies.Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapies to address patients' needs.Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.Provide individualized therapy sessions, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines for -Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation.Conduct patient treatment with a combination of Cyberdyne & relatedtechnologies.Support patients in developing skills for mobility, functional independence, and pain management with rehab technologies.Educate patients and their families about conditions, and treatment plans with Neurorobotic treatments.Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance clinical skills.Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and professional practice.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.Qualifications and Requirements:Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and treatment planning.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to patient needs.Team player with excellent communication.A minimum of 3 years’ experiences in physiotherapy is an added advantage.Benefits:EPFSOCSOEISHealth InsuranceAnnual LeaveMedical LeaveJob Type: Full-time Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Work Location: Kuala Lumpur / Melaka
