You’ll work closely with trading, infrastructure and software development teams to provide smooth support for our technology. We’ll ask you to communicate directly with exchanges, traders and developers to iron out any problems that arise.Qualifications & Skills5-10+ years working in trade support, site reliability engineering or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in STEM or related fieldBasic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and common network troubleshooting toolsFamiliarity with trading platforms and financial marketsExperience working in a production Kubernetes environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressureExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalThrives in high-pressure situations while working alongside traders, developers and other engineering teamsExperience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasksKnowledge of Linux/Unix environmentsWhat You’ll Be Working OnMaintaining the health and availability of a world class trading eco-systemResponding to support requests from our traders and software engineersLiaising with external trading partners, such as financial exchanges and clearing firms, to resolve technical problemOnboarding new trading desks, trading systems and technologiesFor more information about DRW's processing activities and our use of job applicants' data, please view our Privacy Notice at https://drw.com/privacy-notice.
