Our client is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Design Engineer to join their growing team in the Waikato or Bay of Plenty region, working on high-impact projects that power communities across New Zealand. Why this role?You’ll be at the forefront of designing high-voltage transmission lines for key energy infrastructure and electrification projects. From preliminary to detailed design, your expertise will help drive the successful delivery of complex and innovative solutions.

What you’ll do: Lead and deliver end-to-end transmission line designCarry out detailed engineering analysis using design tools like PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWERProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineersEnsure all designs align with client requirements, national standards, and regulatory frameworksSupport project planning, client engagement, and technical reportingWhat we’re looking for:
