We are now scaling operations and seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead our treasury function and strengthen financial discipline as we enter our next growth phase.⸻Role OverviewThe Senior Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing Vaulta’s liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk across all operations. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring capital efficiency, optimizing FX and settlement operations, managing banking relationships, and building a robust treasury framework that aligns with our expansion into new markets.You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance, and Product teams to ensure transparency, control, and efficiency in all financial operations.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Operations & Cash Management • Oversee daily cash flow management, reconciliations, and treasury reporting across multiple currencies. • Monitor liquidity positions and ensure sufficient funding for operations and settlements. • Manage internal and external banking relationships, ensuring smooth payment and settlement operations. • Implement treasury controls, payment approvals, and risk-mitigation measures.FX and Cross-Border Operations • Manage foreign exchange exposure, rate negotiations, and currency risk. • Oversee FX trades, settlements, and funding requirements for international transactions. • Support the development of automated FX and liquidity systems within the Vaulta platform.Financial Planning and Reporting • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports and forecasts. • Work with the Finance team to manage budgets, capital allocations, and funding pipelines. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making by management and investors.Governance, Compliance & Controls • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies. • Oversee audit readiness and treasury documentation. • Collaborate with compliance to ensure transactions meet local and international regulatory standards.Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement Vaulta’s treasury strategy aligned with company goals. • Advise the executive team on liquidity optimization, investment opportunities, and financial stability. • Mentor junior finance team members and help build a high-performing treasury function.⸻Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CFA, ACT, or ICAN preferred). • Minimum of 3 - 5years’ experience in treasury management, preferably within a fintech, banking, or payments company. • Strong understanding of FX, liquidity management, and payment settlement systems. • Experience with cross-border financial operations and treasury technology tools. • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Integrity, precision, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
