Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team — a detail-oriented professional who can conceptualize, design, and deliver engaging digital experiences that align with our brand and client goals.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into intuitive, elegant, and high-impact designs across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys.Lead and execute end-to-end design processes — from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI delivery.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.Analyze user feedback and usability test results to iterate and refine experiences.Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.Support product and marketing teams with engaging visuals, including social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and campaign assets.Conduct UX audits and propose improvements to existing products and interfaces.Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and UI frameworks to ensure designs remain modern and effective.Create walkthroughs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers when needed.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality results.Required Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced or digital agency environment.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design case studies and measurable impact on user experience.Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Self-starter with a proactive mindset — able to take full ownership of assigned projects.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus, but not mandatory.Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deliver user-focused solutions.Effective time management and attention to detail under tight deadlines.Prior involvement in UI/UX strategy, user research, or design system development.Benefits and Incentives:13 Salaries Per Year (One Additional salary as a bonus)At least two bonuses per year (Eid Bonus)Performance-Based BonusesAnnual Leaves encashmentMonthly Regularity AllowanceMonthly Inflation AllowanceMaternity/Paternity AllowanceMaternity LeavesWedding AllowanceProvident FundDouble salary on Gazetted HolidaysSpecial Allowance for Emergency12 Casual Leaves10 Medical Leaves10 Annual LeavesDedicated TrainingBirthday celebrationsAdvance Salary on Need BasisGaming FacilityGrowing & Dynamic TeamOffice Gatherings, Celebrations, and Trips5 days a week (work-life balance)
