The RoleThe UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and clean user interfaces for a Document Management solution, focusing on document search, upload, and auditing features.What you will doTake full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery and concept development to delivery and iteration, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standardsLead user-centered design (UCD) initiatives to ensure design decisions are driven by deep insights into user needs, behaviours, and motivationsConduct, synthesise, and act on UX research, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design strategy and decision-makingDesign and oversee the creation of complex design systems, advanced user flows, and scalable interactive components, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experiencesDevelop and validate ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing, refining designs based on feedback and insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to align design outputs with strategic goalsChampion accessibility and inclusivity in every aspect of design, exceeding compliance standards and delivering experiences that resonate with all usersPresent design concepts and research findings to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. RequirementsDemonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and the development of scalable design systems.
