Senior UI/UX Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a UI/UX Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering complex web and mobile software products.You will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our suite of AI-powered recruitment tools, CRMs, and workflow/process management platforms - solutions built for globally distributed clients across multiple industries.This role is design-focused: you will lead user experience and interface design efforts, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect, intuitive, and scalable designs across devices.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design of complex UI components for both web and mobile platforms, collaborating with front-end engineers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.Create intuitive, consistent, and data-rich user experiences that simplify complex business workflows.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to unify the experience across products.Conduct user research, persona development, usability testing, and iterate based on data-driven insights.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered solutions.Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n) standards.Stay updated on modern UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, and emerging design technologies.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.Proven experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, ATS, analytics, or workflow tools).Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for interface design and prototyping.Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Familiarity with mobile UX patterns (gestures, adaptive layouts, platform-specific guidelines).Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams alongside developers and product managers.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Nice to HaveExperience designing for multi-tenant or white-labeled systems.Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard, and workflow-heavy UI patterns.Familiarity with design token systems and collaboration tools (Storybook, Zeplin).Understanding of user analytics and behavioral feedback tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, FullStory).Exposure to AI-driven or intelligent interfaces, such as conversational UI or recommendation systems.What We OfferOpportunity to design AI-powered global platforms for recruitment, operations, and workflow automation.A collaborative and design-driven culture where UX is central to product success.Exposure to complex, multi-platform design challenges at scale.Competitive compensation, modern work environment, and room for professional growth and creativity.How to ApplyPlease send your resume, portfolio, and a brief note describing a complex design challenge you’ve solved to careers@mexxar.com.For more information, visit https://mexxar.co.uk/
