This will cover maintaining what we have developed, and to pick up ideas and leads across the internal organization and from the market to expand and improve solutions and concepts for future upgrades.You will be the driver for all cheese upgrade portfolio initiatives globally, providing technical and commercial support to the Services colleagues in the market organizations.You will work closely together with our Upgrades product manager and the Upgrades Sales Support Specialists.This position is based in Heerenveen, NL.What You Will DoDeploy and promote the cheese upgrades portfolio in cooperation with the Upgrades product manager.Organize and participate in customer visits, seminars and workshops globally.Lead pro-active portfolio promotion initiativesMaintain and optimize the current upgrades portfolio.Create and maintain promotion material for the portfolio together with the product managerSupport the Upgrades product manager in the development and implementation of the overall strategic plan for the cheese upgrades portfolioSupport development projects focused on upgrades in collaboration with the Upgrade product managerTrain Services sales teams in the market organizations on cheese upgrades portfolioSupporting upgrades sales specialists with sales support activities when requiredWe believe you haveBachelor’s degree within machine engineering, electrical engineering, global business engineering or similar.5+ years of experience with processing equipment – preferably within cheese machinery.3+ years sales and/or marketing experience in technology industryOutstanding customer relationship management skillsSelf-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and a desire to winPositive and flexible approach, which makes you capable of coming across as service mindedGood communication skills and stakeholder managementAbility to work under pressures of time and economy to prioritize work and maximize the business resultFluent English level on a business level is required, Dutch is a plus.Technically curious with a mindset to constantly look at even the slightest opportunities for improvements on our existing portfolio.Services mindset to see the opportunities that support our business growth ambitionsWillingness to travel as required (typically around 20%)We Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscapeA culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible resultsAn equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusionMarket competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsApply NowIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what’s good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.This job posting expires on 5th December.
