Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.The jobYour ExperienceMust have:3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environmentsExpert-level experience managing campaigns in Facebook AdsProven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTVHands-on experience setting up and managing conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilitiesExperience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for webSolid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking)Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize dataProficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideationStrong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyUpper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in EnglishMarket research and competitors analysisNice to have:Experience with Google Ads or other paid social channelsExperience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with server-side tracking, privacy-compliant measurement setups (e.g., Consent Mode, enhanced conversions)Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management (e.g., bir.ch, Google Ads Scripts)What You’ll Be DoingYou will be responsible for:Planning, executing, and scaling web user acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads or other paid social channels, with a focus on high-intent, converting trafficMonitoring and optimizing account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and audience segmentationDriving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentationCollaborating with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assetsGenerating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunityStaying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulationsProducing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussionsHow We WorkWe’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
