Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager

Job Overview:Funprime Technology is looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our app marketing strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Google Play Console, Firebase, Google Ads, and mobile growth analytics, with a proven track record of scaling apps through paid and organic channels.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, UAC, and social platforms.Analyze and optimize app performance metrics using Firebase, Google Analytics, and Play Console insights.Manage app publishing, updates, and performance tracking through Google Play Console.Collaborate with the ASO, design, and product teams to improve visibility and conversion rates.Drive paid and organic traffic growth, ensuring strong ROI and retention.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.Track user behavior and engagement to develop data-backed growth strategies.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.Stay updated on the latest UA tools, algorithms, and industry trends.Required Skills & Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Google Play Console, Firebase, Google Ads, and App Campaigns.Strong understanding of ASO, mobile marketing funnels, and app monetization models.Experience managing large-scale UA budgets efficiently.Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in user acquisition, app growth, or digital performance marketing.
