Senior User Experience Designer

Job Description:We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to turn efficiency opportunities into impactful user experiences. You’ll work in the early discovery phase, visualizing ideas and designing concepts that make complex workflows simpler and smarter.Responsibilities:Translate inefficiencies into user-level design opportunities.Create conceptual mockups, storyboards, and user journeys.Design wireframes and lightweight prototypes showing future-state experiences.Communicate ideas through visual storytelling and support workshops.Collaborate with Service Designers and Business Analysts to ensure feasibility.Iterate quickly based on discovery insights and stakeholder feedback.Requirements:5+ years of UX design experience in discovery or strategy phases.Strong in journey mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.Excellent visual storytelling and collaboration skills.Comfortable with ambiguity and conceptual thinking.Nice to Have:Experience in consulting or transformation design.Exposure to service design, systems thinking, or automation-focused projects.About Us:Ascendion is a global, leading provider of AI-first software engineering services, delivering transformative solutions across North America, APAC, and Europe.
