As our Senior UX Designer, you’ll shape product experiences that reduce complexity and build trust. You’ll go beyond surface-level design, diving into research, analytics, and human behavior to create experiences that feel seamless and meaningful. This hybrid role blends the creative energy of UX design with the analytical rigor of user research and product data. You won’t just be executing design tasks—you’ll drive the strategic direction of user experience at AccuSourceHR. From first sketch to shipped product, you’ll advocate for the customer and ensure we’re building tools that are not just usable, but genuinely useful and delightful. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign With Purpose: Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that transform complex tasks into simple, empowering experiences. Define & Validate: Build user personas, map end-to-end journeys, and engage directly with customers to validate design decisions and close feedback loops. Lead User Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research—interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing—to uncover behaviors, motivations, and unmet needs. Be Data-Informed: Leverage funnel metrics, click-through rates, churn indicators, and customer lifetime value to guide decisions and iterate for business and user impact. Evolve Our Design System: Contribute to scalable UI patterns and components that promote consistency and speed across teams. Collaborate Deeply: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, implementation, and customer success to bring ideas to life in a practical, scalable way. Champion UX Thinking: Influence product direction and roadmaps by promoting a design mindset and embedding user-first thinking throughout planning and development. Iterate Relentlessly: Ship, learn, and refine—continuously evolve your designs based on feedback, analytics, and real-world use. Education/ExperienceRequired Education/Experience:5+ years of UX design experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, or HR tech products.A compelling portfolio with real-world examples of user-centered solutions and clear impact. Proven ability to plan and execute user research and translate insights into actionable design. Expertise with design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Comfort working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar) to extract insights.Deep understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence through design.A bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning.Preferred/Bonus Experience:Experience designing for B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy platforms.Familiarity with compliance, background screening, or HR technology.Comfort designing interfaces that are data-heavy or require visualization.Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).Experience mentoring other designers or contributing to team design processes.Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML and their impact on UX.BenefitsWork with a team of curious, kind, and driven humans.
