Senior UX Designer

JOB SUMMARYA UX Designer is tasked with designing and optimizing user experiences across various digital platforms, such aswebsites, mobile apps, and software. The role involves research, design, prototyping, testing, and collaboration with otherteams (like UI designers, developers, and product managers) to build products that meet both user and business goalKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability studies- Analyse and interpret user behaviour, preferences, and pain points- Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios based on research findings.- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to outline the structure and flow of the design- Use design tools like Axure, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.- Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.- Organise and structure content to ensure a logical and easy-to-navigate user interface.- Create site maps, flowcharts, and process flows to outline the navigation.- Conduct usability tests with real users to validate design decisions.- Gather feedback on functionality, navigation, and overall satisfaction.- Make design adjustments based on test outcomes to improve user experience.- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.- Create intuitive interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.- Design interactive elements (buttons, menus, forms) that enhance user interaction and flow.- Ensure the design is responsive and works well on different devices and screen sizes.- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.- Analyse user data (e.g., analytics, heatmaps) to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.- Continuously iterate on designs to enhance user satisfactionJOB REQUIREMENTS(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within a tech-based or product-cantered company- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects. - Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Axure, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).z - Experience with user research and testing methodologies.- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).- This role requires a balance of creativity, problem-solving, and empathy to create- Products that users love and can use effort
