This role is a key part of a cross-functional team, where you’ll embed design thinking and lead experience design activities with strategic influence.The Key Responsibilities IncludeContributing to the experience vision and strategy in our Everyday Rewards space, and partnering with the Product Manager to inform and evolve the product roadmapIdentifying design opportunities and articulating UX outcomes for our loyalty customers, aligned to the product vision articulated by the Product ManagerLead UX strategy and design thinking activities to impact the achievement of customer and business goals Work on complex, strategic priorities leveraging insights and analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations, to achieve business and customer experience visionLead the UX research and design process for propositions, experiences and journeys from discovery through to delivery.
