We do this by focusing on 3 main pillars:Understand merchant needs and challenges in their ecosystemIdentify simple and meaningful solutionsPartner with product and engineering to think holistically about systems and architectures that come together to create pragmatic solutionsOur Design team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Product Managers and Designers, while being faced with highly complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.How you will make an impactPlan, Execute and Organize Research: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g. user interviews, usability tests, surveys, analytics reviews) as well as implementing and managing the user insights repository. Synthesize Insights: Translate raw data into clear user personas, customer journey maps, and research reports that guide product decisionsInfluence features & priorities: Work with product, design, engineering, and data teams to integrate research findings into feature design and prioritizationAdvocate for Users: Present research outcomes to stakeholders, champion user-centered decision-making, and help shape our design system and best practicesMeasure Impact: Define research success metrics, track post-release performance, and iterate on product improvementsWhat we are looking for7+ Years of Experience in UX or product research, preferably in B2B or SaaS environmentsStrong Mixed-Methods Skillset: Proficiency in both qualitative research (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, analytics)Experience in setting up and scaling research and insights processes to ensure data is used to help drive product and design decisionsExcellent Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives and present findings clearly to diverse audiencesCollaborative Mindset: Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and partnering with designers, PMs, and engineersPragmatic & Data-Driven: Comfortable using tools like Figma, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, Amplitude/Google Analytics, and willing to learn new platformsWhat we offerHigh impact and high velocity environment with the most talented and ambitious people you will ever work withA chance to shape the story of a company and a category from the ground upReal ownership.
