Senior UX/UI Designer (ARG)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who combines deep user-experience expertise with strong visual and interaction design skills, thrives in direct collaboration with clients, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare space.Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing AroundAs a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, functional, and visually compelling digital solutions for healthcare applications. You’ll oversee the full design lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch improvements, ensuring that every product meets user needs, business objectives, and regulatory standards.You will play a key role in bridging business goals with user-centric design strategies while mentoring junior designers and driving team excellence.What You Can Expect From UsSalary depending on your skills and experience based on a B2B contract;Participation in innovative and challenging projects for clients around the worldOpportunity to build a new branch of the company;Hybrid work model (2-3 days in a co-work in Buenos Aires);Individual career path and continuous evaluation of your development;All necessary equipment such as laptop and accessories.What We Need From YouAt least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar roleProficiency in FigmaStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standardsExpertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototypingAbility to conduct in-depth user research, user journey mapping, and persona creationCompetence in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and cross-functional teamsExperience in leading and mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their workAccountability for the overall design quality and consistency across the product, ensuring all design solutions meet established standardsAbility to establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for the product related design teamSkills in coordinating design efforts across multiple team members while maintaining project timelines and design coherenceCommunicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and writtenBeing a team player focused on getting things doneEagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitudeWe Appreciate If You HaveStrong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcareExperience working in healthcare projects
