The Senior UX/UI Designer will report to the regional Design Manager, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groupsYour RoleLead UX for products across Citco’s core business and CX initiativesLead business workshops, map user journeys, and create service blue printsCreate research-driven, compelling user experiences and bring them to life with impactful visual designDeliver UX/UI activities through prototypes, wireframes, user flows, service blueprints, and hi-fi designsTranslate complex processes into intuitive and elegant UXWork with the Design System champions to ensure UI/UX consistencyDeliver design specifications to product/platform owners and engineeringAdvocate for prioritization of design-centred changes, refinements, and improvementsAbout YouPassionate, creative, and detail-oriented system thinker and visual designer, working in a fast-paced environmentAn analytical thinker and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems3-5 years of professional experience required as Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or the equivalent education and experience.Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, or alternativesExperience in the financial services industry is beneficialWhat We OfferA challenging and rewarding role in an award-winning global business.Opportunities for personal and professional career development.
