Senior UX & UI DesignerTGG is looking for a Senior UX & UI Designer to lead the design and optimisation of digital experiences across a fast-growing portfolio of brands in health, beauty, legal, and finance. This role combines creativity, data-led design, and technical collaboration to deliver websites and landing pages that not only look exceptional but convert powerfully.The ideal candidate will bridge design thinking with commercial performance, turning insights, analytics, and audience behaviour into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and results. Working closely with the Creative Manager, Head of Creative, and in-house developers, you’ll bring together form and function to elevate every brand experience.Key Responsibilities·   Creative & Strategic Design: Own the UX and UI design process across multiple brands and markets, from concept to implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.·   Brand & System Consistency: Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all sites and markets.·   Data-Led Optimisation: Work collaboratively with the data team to interpret performance insights and translate them into actionable design improvements. A strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Mouseflow, Clarity) is expected — you’ll know how to review findings, access data when needed, and use those insights to refine UX and UI decisions that drive engagement and conversion.·   Collaboration & Implementation: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver functional, creative solutions aligned to goals.·   User-Centric Approach: Conduct usability testing and use feedback to continually refine the experience on all devices.·   Innovation & Best Practice: Stay updated on UX/UI trends and CRO techniques, ensuring innovation and accessibility.·   Variables / Libraries Build out websites with variables with-in figma, built asset libraries and keep these consistent with smooth handover to development.·   Skills & Experience·   5+ years’ UX/UI experience, ideally in agency or lead generation.·   Proven results in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.·   Strong in Figma, or Adobe XD.·   Skilled in CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.·   Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design performance impact.·   Excellent communicator; present and influence design decisions across teams.·   Organised, detail-oriented, and excel at managing multiple fast-paced projects.·   Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.Perks of the Job·   Work in a £2m creative workspace in Altrincham town centre, opposite the tram station.·   Enjoy hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) with flexible start times.·   23 days holiday + bank holidays.·   Access a private gym, pension with salary sacrifice, breakfast, and great coffee.·   Breakfast, great coffee, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.·   Attend events in VIP boxes at Co-op Live and Manchester United.
