The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.We have implemented a hybrid work model and offer opportunities for learning, development, and CSR activities, following and incorporating ESG elements.About the role:We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Veeva CRM Administrator to oversee and continuously improve our partners' Veeva CRM environment across three countries.This role is critical in ensuring smooth system operation, high data quality, and consistent user adoption across markets. The successful candidate will also act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trainer, supporting new colleagues in understanding and utilizing Veeva CRM effectively.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all Veeva CRM-related activities across the covered countries.Manage and maintain system configurations, user profiles, territories, permissions, and access levels.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new users; provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure efficient system usage.Develop and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely and professional manner.Generate and analyze CRM reports and dashboards, delivering insights to support business decisions.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Veeva CRM Administrator or similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.In-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration, functionality, and reporting tools.Proven experience in multi-country CRM management.Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support users with varying technical backgrounds.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across countries and functions.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are considered an advantage.Benefits: 25 days of paid annual leave; we value your leisure timeFood vouchersFlexible and liberal work policy, remote or hybrid office space.
