Strategic Execution and Business OperationsTranslate company strategy into actionable operational plans and key performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs)Lead the implementation of global operational strategy, ensuring resource coordination, efficient execution, and quantifiable objectivesSupport senior management in driving global market expansion, regional business integration, and new project launchesEstablish data-driven decision-making mechanisms to improve organizational transparency and operational visibility2. Operational Optimization and Global ScalabilityDesign and optimize the company's global operational architecture and processesDrive automation, process reengineering, and efficiency optimization projects to improve operational consistency and scalabilityIdentify and execute opportunities for cost optimization, business integration, and regional standardizationSupport the application of new technologies (data analytics platforms, intelligent operational tools, etc.) in the business3. Risk, Compliance, and ControlEnsure global operations comply with local regulatory, legal, and information security requirements.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to establish an auditable and transparent operations management system.Strengthen internal control capabilities to ensure data, asset, and brand security.4. Performance and Customer Value EnhancementOptimize customer journey and service processes to improve user experience and satisfaction.Identify growth opportunities and drive business innovation based on operational and customer data analytics.Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms with marketing, product, and customer success teams.Qualifications15+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, technology, or digital business operations.At least 5 years of senior management experience (e.g., VP/SVP/COO).Familiar with international operations and multi-regional regulatory systems.Excellent strategic planning, execution, and cross-cultural leadership.Bachelor's degree or above (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.); MBA/EMBA preferred.Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to successfully drive complex projects in a rapidly changing industry.Compensation and Benefits1.
