Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, OPS Control Manager to join First Line Control team. This role is located in Dublin.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Working with senior stakeholders to identify key areas requiring risk and control focus and support. Establishing a plan of work that targets identified high risk areas and managing testing of key controls to confirm the appropriate design and execution of controls Control and risk education Providing guidance and thought leadership with regards to the use of the risk and control framework. Flexible leadership and support to engage in ad-hoc projects as required. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of total work experience preferred; experience in the financial services industry, ideally fund accounting or big 4 audit experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills.
