Support the Social Media Specialist in developing creative concepts and ideas for branding, advertising, and marketing projects.Create graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, and images using design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).Design digital layouts with a strong focus on social media graphics (posts, carousels, stories, ads), ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Assemble and edit video footage for social media content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.Use video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software to create engaging content.Capable of shooting video and/or supporting video shoots as needed.Ensure a high level of quality across all creative outputs, aligned with brand direction.Social Media (Secondary Responsibilities)Open to learning and supporting social media tasks such as posting content and monitoring platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on campaign activities and promotional content.Perform other relevant duties as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in creative roles; experience in agencies or startups is a plus.Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).Video editing experience for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media content.Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.Capable of video shooting / assisting in video production.Strong understanding of English (written, spoken, and listening).Flexible, creative, and willing to learn social media skills.
