GrowthAssistant is seeking performance-minded Senior Video Editors who combine creativity with analytical thinking.You’ll be responsible for crafting high-performing paid social ads for fast-growing consumer brands—leveraging experimentation, feedback, and iteration to create content that truly drives results.If you thrive in a high-output, data-informed creative environment and love testing new ideas, this role is perfect for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱65,000 - ₱80,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoEdit high volumes of short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other paid social platforms.Rapidly iterate and version ads based on creative briefs and testing frameworks (turning one concept into 10–20 variants).Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-enhanced editing tools to improve output and workflow efficiency.Incorporate feedback and testing insights to continually improve creative performance.Collaborate with Art Directors and Growth Strategists to align creative execution with audience insights and performance goals.Leverage templates and automation tools for scalable, consistent ad production.Apply strong editing fundamentals: pacing, timing, sound balancing, color correction, and text overlays for direct-response storytelling.Integrate UGC-style content, stock footage, and platform-native trends to ensure authenticity and engagement.Must-Have Qualifications3–4+ years of video editing experience in a creative agency, performance marketing, or content production environment.A portfolio that showcases measurable performance results (e.g., engagement, conversions, or revenue impact).Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects; familiarity with Figma is a plus.Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., text-to-video, auto-captioning, or voiceover generators).Understanding of how creative impacts paid media performance and optimization.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and iterate quickly in a fully remote setup.Familiarity with TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Snap creative best practices and trends.Passion for storytelling through video—especially with a performance and growth-driven mindset.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
