We are seeking an Expert Video Editor to join our high-performance Podcast Studio and Creative Department in Karachi.If you possess a cinematic eye and the ability to transform raw footage into high-impact, retention-driven content, this opportunity is for you.What You'll Be Doing:Master Production: Edit long-form podcast episodes and documentary-style brand content using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.Drive Engagement: Craft short-form, high-retention reels (target: 4 per day) with a strong sense of pacing, narrative rhythm, and emotional impact.Elevate Aesthetics: Apply modern motion graphics, sound design, and grading styles that align with global podcast aesthetics (e.g., Diary of a CEO, Lex Fridman, Huberman Lab).Collaborate & Direct: Provide guidance on camera setups, lighting, and production workflows , and assist in shoots when required.Optimize Distribution: Understand content distribution (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and optimize edits for each platform.What You Bring:Experience: 2-3 years of professional editing experience (podcasts, documentaries, interviews, or brand films).Expert Command: Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and sound-mixing basics.Mindset: Ability to balance speed and quality, delivering cinematic storytelling under tight deadlines , and work independently with minimal oversight.Why Join Virtuosoft?This is more than an editing role; it's a path to leadership.Career Growth: Significant opportunity to grow into a possible Lead Creative/Director role within Virtuosoft Studios.Compensation: Full-time salaried position with competitive pay based on experience.Culture: A collaborative culture focused on innovation, learning, and storytelling.Ready to join a team that connects human emotion with innovation?
