This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who enjoys conceptual thinking and hands-on design, working across digital and print to deliver impactful brand experiences.You’ll be part of a growing global design team that values experimentation and bold ideas. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and collaboration - developing concepts, managing projects end-to-end, and contributing to the visual evolution of the brand across the APAC market.About the Role• Work across two core design streams -campaign and web design.• Collaborate with marketing, events, and web teams to deliver creative assets for both digital and physical campaigns (including print collateral and event materials).• Conceptualise and execute high-quality design across web, social, email, video, and digital advertising.• Present creative ideas confidently to non-design audiences, manage feedback, and adapt designs to meet campaign objectives.• Think systemically, developing scalable and efficient design approaches using Figma as your core tool (experience with Figma Buzz highly regarded).• Partner with global creative teams (US, UK, Canada) to ensure brand alignment while tailoring creative for regional markets.• Contribute ideas that challenge convention, helping drive design excellence and brand evolution.What You’ll Bring• 5+ years’ experience in visual design, ideally within brand or marketing environments.• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns across multiple media.• Strong understanding of visual design principles and how to apply them consistently.• Confident in stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration.• A curious, creative mindset, with a focus on insight-driven, customer-led design.$127,800 + Super | Daily rate $491.54 + Super | Hybrid (2–3 days Sydney CBD) | 12-Month Contract | Global Design Team | Top 20 Place to WorkApply now to join a global FinTech where creativity and collaboration come together to deliver bold, impactful design.
